I was on a business trip, so sorry because of my late response. I have installed Adobe Reader. It works and I can get larger preview images of PDF files. You're both too kind, Brink and Mitchell. Many thanks to both of you.

This isn't a major major hardware problem but whenever I go into my picture library, normally the pictures would show a preview of them from the windows explorer window. Now, it just shows me the icon of the file type. I tried using the preview section, but still nothing. anyone got a fix...

Here is what I mean - I want to enlarge only the picture box, not the whole bottom toolbar. Perhaps there is another folder view that allows you to do that?

When I go to my picture library, and set the option to show icons instead of details, I get the following display:

I have just downloaded the beta and when I hover my cursor over the taskbar I only get a text preview with no pictorial preview.
Also, even after clicking "enable desktop preview" I get no such preview.
