APPCRASH when logged in as Administrator

I have an employee time clock application installed on my Windows 7 machine. It is a simple program with a MS ACCESS database. It was working fine for a couple of months, and then, for no apparent reason, it started APPCRASHing. The program will not open. When It APPCRASHes it'll crash different *.dll files each time. Sometimes the fault repeats in the same *.dll file.

I have two user accounts on this machine:
    -Administrator
    -Service Writer (standard user)

When I open the time clock when logged in as 'Administrator,' the program APPCRASHes.
When I open the time clock when logged in as 'Service Writer', the program works perfect.

    What I've done so far:
-Ran CCCleaner & cleaned registry & computer
    -Performed cmd.exe scan (sfc /scannow)
    -Ran Malwarebytes
-Unistalled program & deleted hidden 'ProgramData' files
    -Reinstalled program

So it crashes when logged in as admin but not standard user. What am I missing here?

    Thanks in advance!

    Thanks for the reply.

I am not getting the Error 49....so I'm not sure if that is the problem. The database is stored on a networked computer running xp and the windows 7 machine has access to it. The software runs fine when logged in as a standard user but will not run when logged in as administrator.

The MS ACCESS database works fine on 3 other computers ....and the 7 machine when in standard user mode.
