I've used KeePass for a couple weeks now and it seems to work quite effectively.

My choice is RoboForm, the paid version.

What makes roboform (paid version) the best choice?

I've used KeePass for many years. No issues.

Would add "LastPass" to the list, the free version is fully functioned & premium adds unlimited mobile app & biometric authentication.

Lastpass got my vote, been using it approximately 3 months now works good as a form filler to the only issue is mobile version is premium only which doesn't affect me as such as I hardly use mobile.
