Have a look under Windows NT and see what you have here:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Console\Nls]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Console\RasterFonts]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Console\TrueTypeFont]
"0"="Lucida Console"
"932"="*MS ゴシック"

Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit

I didn't know how did I restored it, probably caused by switching languages and layout size wile screenshoting :)
Anyways I'm keeping language in Czech to prevent future problems.
Thank you all for your help. Marked as solved.
