You have to download it on another computer, because you don't have a wired or wireless connection yet!!
Install the stuff after clean install. Then run "windows updates" and reboot when asked.

If everything (so also post #40) has been done .... open "device manager". Expand branch "other devices". Expand branches with exclamation marks. Post output.

Alright. After installing on "clean boot computer".... wireless and wired should work.

"clean boot" procedure has been finished succesfully? Product activated?

Do you even know what you did???? First install the post #40 stuff. After that you have internet access and we can install drivers.

so do #40 first. then look if you have this stuff and delete stuff not needed.

After you do a upgrade install, you will also see the option Files discarded by Windows upgrade option in Disk Cleanup. This would be for the C:\Windows.old , C:\$INPLACE.~TR , and C:\$WINDOWS.~Q files left over from the previous operating system.
