Have you removed Internet explorer from your system?

If you have, try reinstalling it from Control Panel, Programs and features, Turn Windows features on or off.

Or download a fresh copy of internet explorer from Microsoft.

I had removed Internet Explorer from several computers here, and exactly this problem occurred. Reinstalling IE fixed the problem, even though everyone here uses Firefox.

If you haven't removed IE, please disregard this reply.
