My folders that have programs in them seem to display the program icon in a very small size. It looks very unorganized and seems like there is something wrong with the icon.
If I move it out of the folder into my desktop it has no problem being regular sized,
like this:

If HTC Sync Manager is in the Media folder and you open the Media folder, does the icon show normal size?

You might see if clearing and resetting the thumbnail cache instead may help.
