Windows freezes when playing video and using Snap to resize Windows
I am having a weird problem the last couple days. I am using Window 7 Home Premium SP1, 32-Bit. My problem is as follows:
I will play a Video_TS folder in either VLC or MPC (both exhibit the same problem in this case). It can play just fine. I will open a new window in Windows and I can drag it anywhere on the screen, but once I drag it far enough to a side to have the "Snap" feature come into effect, the computer totally freezes to the point where I just have to unplug and plug back in to reboot. I have uninstalled and re-installed both VLC and MPC and it has helped none. I have run all the diagnostic programs I have on my computer with no fix. Any help would be much appreciated.
