Computers skip 2 hours ahead. All of them

My computer always skips 2 hours ahead of the normal time, and i always have to change it back. This problem conflicts with Tor and i am unable to run the software due to "incorrect time", even when i change the time back. Strangely enough this problem surfaces on all of our computers, my laptop, my fathers computer. My friends say they have the same issue. Is this a problem with windows? A bad driver? Maybe wifi related? Would appreciate a solution.

You have it set on the wrong Time Zone. Click your clock on the Taskbar and it will open. You will see "Change Date and Settings" at the bottom of the clock. Click on it. One of the options is to change your Time Zone. That should fix it.
