Random Reboot on Newly Built Win 7 System

I have a new system build with Windows 7 OS, ASRock 990FX Extreme4, AMD FX 8320 Black Edition, 500 GB Toshiba ATA HD, EVGA 750W PSU, AMD Radeon HD 6450 Graphics Card, and 16 GB DDR3-1600 Crucial RAM (4 sticks) that reboots randomly. I can have the system sitting idle for a period of time (8 Hours) and then when I wake the system it may or may not reboot. I have noticed that the only consistency is when I may have multiple instances of VLC going and/or several tabs open on google.

I have been able to fairly consistently reproduce the problem with the multiple instances of VLC. However, if I uninstall VLC this does not resolve my problem. I initially started with a 650W PSU and had read multiple threads stating that it could be a faulty or under-powered PSU so I purchased the 750w PSU.

Additionally, I had read to try not allow the Hard drive to sleep by adjusting the advance power management and setting it to Never. This has had no effect either on the system.

I did attempt to run memtest86 over night but it displayed Pass: 0 the following morning. I will run this again tonight and post results. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have spent a couple of month trying to resolve this. I am considering a clean install to see if this may help.
