Windows 7: ISO burning

ISO burning

I downloaded a iso that is zipped.When burning this to dvd do I extract it first then buurn or just burn the zipped file?

Just extract the ISO. to your desktop or directory that suits you, then burn away.
If you dont mind me asking, what is in the ISO?

I don't know what it is a friend gave me a bunch of disks & this one just said ISO.When I tried to open it it said zipped so didn't know what to do.

Hi I decided to make a copy of my windows 7 home premium dvd,So I went about it with the use of dvd fab it copied the dvd to my folder on the hdd okay.But it has copied it as a 7zip file. Windows 7 Native Burning OK, other burning apps NOT OK
When I burn cd/dvds with Windows 7 built in burning software and windows media player all my burns are successful. When I try to use Nero, CD Burner XP or imgburn, it fails. My computer is plenty fast enough(2.8ghz, 4gb ddr2, 250gb sata hd) and I tried reinstalling windows 7 without nero or deamon...

Burning CD's in WMP
When I burn an audio CD in Windows Media Center, the CD will not play in some CD players. The tracks show up but will not play it. Perhaps there is not Table of Contents? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks you.
