Accidentally deleted/cleared "view and track download" history list

I accidentally deleted all the information in the "View and Track Your Downloads" list/history. Is there any way to restore the download list, preferably the entire history? Please advise and help if you can. Thank you.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums.

I do not know of a way to get that info back, but may I ask why you want the info in that list?

For your downloads that you saved you could look in Windows Explorer and at the top left you will see Downloads.

Thank you for the welcome, Usernameissues. The reason I ask is because I need access to the download links that were stored in the "view and track download" list.

Sorry, I should have asked what browser version also.

    The reason for asking is:
I've never noticed a list that include the download links.

This is what I see in IE11:

The download link shows under the file name during the download, then it turns to what you see in the screenshot.

I'm not at home right now so I don't remember specifically what version of the browser it is, but that is the "view download" screen on my browser as well. If you right click on the highlighted download in the example, you'll see there are options that allow you to go directly to the link the file was downloaded from. The example you show has one item but I had a whole slew that I accidentally cleared. I want to get those back so I can re-access the links.

Thanks - I've not noticed/used that before since I don't keep that history.

If you are using IE10 or IE11, then you can download BrowsingHistoryView from here:
BrowsingHistoryView - View browsing history of your Web browsers
Scroll to the bottom of that webpage and select the correct "bitness" for your computer.

    Download/open the zip file
copy the files to a folder
    open/run BrowsingHistoryView.exe
    accept the default settings
and you might see history going back quite a ways:

As a side note, the download link shown in the screenshot above is only good for a few minutes... but most websites don't generate temporary download links.
