came back to PC with RunDLL error??

hello forum, when i left my pc everything was fine and normal, and i came back to my pc restarted and waiting for password to continue to windows, i checked the shut down button on start to see if the update icon went away but its still there, and i remember restarting my pc a couple of times trying to get it to update
but this time as i typed in my passs word i got 2 RunDLL Error messages saying

    There was a problem starting
    C:\Users\Brian\AppData\Local\Conduit\BackgroundContainer\BackgroundContainer.dll

The specified module could not be found.

this is my first time seeing this and i have no idea why or what the problem is, and ifno appreciated, thanks

Open Control Panel, Programs and Features.

    Uninstall anything Conduit related.

It's a "Foistware" search engine that you get when installing something else.

Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features. Click on the Installed on column heading to sort descending, Click again to sort ascending.

From what do you guys figure that this is malware. For me it looks more like an uncomplete update.

Here is an answer to the problem that made sense to me:

The guys may be right. Conduit seems to be malware. Run this program. It may get rid of it.

Download CC cleaner after you download CC cleaner launch the program ,go to tools ,go to start up ,you should see the run DDL error ,highlight the program and delete. I had this issue before I was able to resolve it with CCleaner.
