    Windows Boot Manager, error 0xc000000f.

Hello, I've got a Windows 7 32x bit. When I load it up I get this error.

    Boot Manager:
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware of software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:

1.Insert your Windows installation disc and restart the computer.
2.Choose your language settings, and then click "Next".
    3.Click "Repair your computer."

If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

    Status: 0xc000000f

Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

I've done the repair disk method but it still won't navigate away from the Windows Boot Manager.
    Can somebody help me please?

You'll need to correctly boot the disk: How to Boot A Computer from CD or DVD - YouTube

If you're not prompted to Press Any Key to boot Disk, you may need to make another disk from Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start which also includes everything that can be done to start Win7
