NAS VS External Hard Drive Enclosure

Hi thanks for your help i will am looking into Rosewill as in the past i had good luck with their products and on my pc i have 2 sata cards and both are Rosewill so i think for 8 bay unit i will give them a chance and see how it goes

Hi Thanks but i just conformed that Rosewill and sans digital are same unit with same card
so if i get rosewill or sans digital it will be the same on top drobo n5 wont do jobd so that options is out of the door too

The one I have is this one

Absolutely love it, the software is pretty amazing also.

But I also have this one Rosewill RSV-S4-6G SATA 150 & 300 4 x Hot-Swappable 3.5" Drive Bays RAID 0, 1, 10, 5, 5+spare, Spanning and JBOD (via Bundled RR622 RAID Controller Card) - Newegg.com , cheap but it works.

If you don't want your drive to go to sleep there's a little script you can install called NoSleepHD, work's like a charm

It might be because I have the site's cookie blocked or an overzealous anti-malware program is blocking it, although there normally would be a popup of some sort saying it was blocked. Weird! Whatever the problem, I now have it downloaded. Thanks!
