    Log.iniis Lost


    New PC with ASUS mobo. W7 64bit Ultimate sp1


    All fine for about 2 months, a week ago started getting the following message on each start up (admin)
    E:\user\Appdata\Local\Temp\2148211Log,iniis Lost

    Also on non admin accounts they get a load of pop up windows ... each having to be cancelled (require admin password)


    AsusSetup
    Turbovhelp
    EPV help
    AISuite II
    Digi + Power control
    Net SVC Help entry
    U3 Boost Svr

    all appear to be ASUS in origin.

    Something has obviously glitched on ASUS side ... is there an easy fix ?
    Or do I need to re-install ASAU utilities

    Here is the answer to that problem. (The short answer.)

    ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Forum- Error 182418Log.iniis lost

    Don't bother with the task scheduler. It will only frustrate you. Do the reg edit. You'll fix it ... permanently.
