Win7 Pro 32x Freezes randomly (no BSOD); SD-Diag Tool File attached

    Cheers!
My profile states Win7 Pro 64x which is my 'home' machine. This post is for another 'work' machine that is 32bit.

I inherited a Windows 7 machine because it 'has issues'. I started from scratch and reloaded Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 32x Ver: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601. It works well except it freezes (It has no recognition of the mouse or keyboard) randomly either while Win7 is loading (stops at logo screen) or anytime while in use. I have learned if it freezes while booting this works: Hard shutdown, reboot into Safe Mode then only do "Restart" and it works fine. Until a random freeze.
    Basics:
    System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
    System Model: OptiPlex 745
    System Type: X86-based PC
    Processor(s): 1 Processor(s) Installed.
    [01]: x64 Family 15 Model 4 Stepping 1 GenuineIntel ~2791 Mhz
    BIOS Version: Dell Inc. 2.2.0 , 3/29/2007

If you can help, you will have my sincere gratitude!
Apologies if I have posted in the wrong location (Note: I do not ever see a BSOD).
    Holiday Greetings to you!

    JD try this first mate

    MEMTEST

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.htmlthis one you will need to make a bootable disk set the BIOSto optical (or USB if preferred) boot the machine and let it run for at LEAST 8passes unless the errors come up straight away. Takes fair time to complete andsome leave it running overnight.

    Cheers ICit2lol!
I ran the memory test 16 hours, 8 Passes and received "No Errors". Guess my RAM is good :)
    Have you any other thoughts?

Is it Jan 1 in Australia yet?
    Either way: Happy New Year!

    Hi All,
Anyone have additional thoughts on this issue (paraphrased):
Windows 7 Professional 32x Ver: 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601. Thanks for taking a look at this post
