I feel obliged to message the buyers whom left positive feedback and notify them of this.

What pisses me off is that ebay will restrict me from selling brand name goods I have around the house to sell when this guy can unload 5k worth of fakes, hilarious.
eBay will loose a serious amount of credibilty if this kind of inconsistent behaviour is continued. I too have attempted to legitimately sell items on eBay, only to be told 3 days (out of 5) in to the auction, the item is in violation of eBay rule...blah blah blah.....trivial issues i hasten to add, made even more trivial by this current blatant scam. As you said Tork64, it's just hilarious!

I feel the same way, I have about $400 worth of random items sitting on a gaming account that I'd like to sell, but E-Bay takes them down every time, even though the creator/owner of the game has given explicit consent to the retail of the items.
