How do I get rid of this error

I accidentally downloaded some kind of toolbar and get this message on startup. I have removed the program from Programs, and run ccleaner and it's registry cleaner, but this still remains.

    Ideas?

You can also check the Task Scheduler, sometime there will be a left over task scheduled to run that can cause that error message.

You might have to try a different removal program/tool. Try going to Free software downloads and software reviews - CNET Download.com and searching for free registry cleaner which should clean out the un-needed entries(hopefully).

Going into Task Scheduler and disabling the culprits worked.

Should I now go in and delete what I disabled?
