    Numlock ALWAYS ON AT STARTUP

    Hi.

    I want the numlock button be ALWAYS ON AT WIN7 SP1 64BIT ULTIMATE startup.

    I was already try to change these registry values

    [HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Keyboard]
    "InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"
    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Keyboard]
    "InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"
    [HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-19\Control Panel\Keyboard]
    "InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"
    [HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Control Panel\Keyboard]
    "InitialKeyboardIndicators"="2"

    and every time i power of or restart the laptop lenovo g700 and i have the numlock button of then when win7 is restarted or boot up this button is still of.

    Or i try even that file without any results.

    How i can make the numlock button be ALWAYS ON AT WIN7 STARTUP?

    Create a shortcut to toggle NUMLOCK on and off as told in this tutorial: Num Lock - Create Shortcut in Windows.

    Add this shortcut to your startup folder to run it every time Windows is booted.

    Thanks for your suggestion my friend but this already try it and the only thing is do is to simply reverse the fact if i had the numlock button of before i power off the laptop so it is useless.

    I want a way to EVERY TIME I BOOT THE LAPTOP THE NUMLOCK BUTTON BE ON.

    For the Number Lock to be on at start up you have to set it in the BIOS.

    HP Support had me change that value InitialKeyboardIndicators to "2147483650" - and it worked. My NUMLOCK is now ON at start/restart. Problem resolved.

    search for ALL InitialKeyboardIndicators by using F3 in registry and change all of them

    You all try the above, no BIOS needed, it's probably locked by Lenovo anyway.
