Changing the default login upon restart

    Hey guys,
I had a quick query. We have an enterprise setup wherein we have users on a domain. Now whenever we need to do some changes we login via the administrator a/c. What happens upon restart is that it shows the Administrator a/c again when we press CTRL+ALT+DEL to log on. Is there any way to change this so that it shows the default user of that machine instead of Administrator upon a restart. Help or suggestions would be appreciated...

magnuz666, welcome to the windows 7 forum.
There is a domain option that would clear out the username when the machine was rebooted but don't believe that it would put another name in the login spot.

Anyone can logon on that computer to the domain. So there's nothing regarding "default user regarding machine"!
    Correct me if I misunderstand.

AFAIK it displays the last succesfull logon in that logon dialog box. So it isn't "administrator" all the time

Click on Start button, and type gpedit.msc into Start Search box, and hit Enter to open the Local Security Policy Editor.
Navigate to Computer Configuration -> Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options.
In the right pane, double click on Interactive Logon: Do not display last user name.
Select and set the radio button of Enabled.
    Click OK.

Also make sure "don’t show last username” policy is set in group policy.
