    Hello All,

    Since today, whenever i boot up my system. This message "AA number not programmed on this computer.. Press enter to continue" shows up while boot up every time. when i press enter windows loads fine. the first time this occurred. the Realtek audio drivers were missing and it got it automatically from the windows update. later on every time when i boot up the error message still remains. but no other drivers were re installed or updated like the first time. I would like to get rid of this message. Please help..Thanks in Advance.

    I would manually download the latest audio drivers and install them manually. Please post what happens.

    I too would say download the latest drivers from realtek's site if there are any newer ones available which hopefully there are. If that does not solve the issue; not sure I can help ya on this one.

    Have a look which process issued the message. That may give us a clue.

    If installing the sound drivers or any other drivers showing in error (with a ! mark) in Device Manager does not help, then establish a Clean Boot, test for Malware, check System Files and continue as necessary with the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7

    Hello All,

    Appreciate your replies. Since this error occurs while boot. I'm posting a photo of it.Once i press enter the windows load fine and everything works fine(at least for now).. But i can't seem to get rid of this error message everytime i boot up.



    Also utilities like CPU z and speccy can't read the mother board name.

    once in windows; can you go to system information in the system part of the control panel and see if you can get the complete system specs there as that would help a bit more to try and figure out whats what(hopefully)

    Appears to be a problem with the BIOS. Is there are newer BIOS to update? Check now.

    Is this the one??

    Also my motherboard name is displayed wrong here.. its intel DG33FB.. but here something else is displayed.
