Power saver on battery not changing taskbar colour

    I installed Power 4 Gear utility & it is normal now.it changing to basic colour when on battery (Power 4 Gear Battery saving plan)
    but i dunno why it not doing that on windows default power saver plan,before it was all right ?

    I am not sure if Windows does it, but it looks like you need the software to do it.

    I have not seen it in windows myself and have been using a laptop for 5+ years, but have not tried to.

    It's your chose if you mark as solved, I am out of ideas.
