Newly built computer, Bios freezes after few seconds of entering
I have just recently build a new computer for the first time with a friends help and after finishing setting up all of the hardware, my friend and I tried booting up the computer and enter the bios to change the default settings to accept a USB to install the software, but after 1 or 2 seconds upon entering bios, the computer completely freezes and stops working, the computer and everything is still running, but the mouse and keyboard stop functioning and the screen freezes. We tried to removing the ram and changing the positions of where they are as well as only using one at a time. We also tried re-adjusting the CPU, but the bios screen still kept freezing after a second upon entering. Because this, I am not able to install an os which I have on a USB, since my mother board's default setting is to read disks, and I can't access the Bios to change it. Please help. This is my first time building a computer and I really want it to be able to run.
