Problems after deleting some programs and rtl70.bpl missing

    Hello,

I've been having problems with playing videos or games and Internet Explorer, etc.
Also when I turn on my laptop a messages comes up saying that it can't open a program name EZrecover? cause something called rtl70.bpl is missing.

When I open up Internet Explorer, it shows that it stopped working and closes up the window.
Same goes for playing videos... I tried using several video players, and it's always the same problem.
Playing games also, it just won't work.
Not to mention, the laptop itself is incredibly slow and doesn't work properly like it used to.

Actually, Google Chrome didn't work either but I did some tricks from the internet (I don't even remember what they were) and it works... okay.

And I think it all started after I deleted some programs including the ones of HP that were originally installed to clear up memory because I never used them.

I would try and give you some informations about my laptop but I have no clue about this computer knowledge...
These are all I have: HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC, AMD Phenom(tm) II P960 Quad-Core Processor 1.80GHz,
    4GB(RAM), 64bits, Windows 7 Edition Familiale Premium(It's in French), Service Pack 1

Pleeeease, help me find a solution.
And please, I wouldn't understand a thing if you use any technical terms.... so go easy.

Not knowing what you have done I would suggest trying a restore point before you deleted things.
Back to when the computer was working correctly.

    Use this Tutorial by Brink.

Do you understand the term Malware? It sounds like you have an infestation of troublesome "crapware".

What antivirus software are you using?

Download AdwCleaner to a folder or your desktop. After it finishes downloading, right click on AdwCleaner.exe and select Run as Administrator. It should produce a report. Copy and past the report into your next message. Don't click on the Clean button until someone here has looked at the report.

EZRecover is part of Easybits Magic Desktop Application that is preloaded on HP computers - it sounds like the application has been borked.

    EasyBits Group

A system restore might fix this issue.
