Was this from an upgrade? You may need to "take ownership" of some folders.

Try this: CAUTION: Improperly editing the security and ownership attributes of files or folders is dangerrous, and could lead to you losing all access to your data if done incorrectly.
    1. Open Explorer (<WINDOWS_KEY>+<E>), then open your I:
    2. Right-click on the "MP3" folder, then select "Properties"
    3. Click "Security" to open the Security tab
    4. Click "Advanced"
    5. Click "Owner" to open the Owner tab
    6. Click "Edit"
    7. Select your user name in the "Change Owner To" box
    8. Add a check mark to the "Replace owener on subcontainers and objects"
    9. Click "OK"
    10. Click "OK" in the "Windows Security" Dialog when the procedure is completed"
    11. Click "OK"
    12. You should be back in the "MP3 Properties" window.
    13. Under "Group or user names", click "Edit"
    14. Click "Add"
    15. Click "Advanced"
    16. Click "Find Now"
    17. In the "Search Results" pane, select your user name
    18. Click "OK"
    19. Click "OK"
    20. With your user name selected in the "Group or user names" list, add a check mark to "Full Control" in the "Permissions" list
    21. Click "OK"
    22. Click "OK"

That should solve your problem. If you cannot understand the above procedures, you can also check the tutorials section of SevenForums for more information on changing security and ownership attributes.

Revert to a restore point before you made the mistake of changing permissions. Carelessly changing permissions on any system drive or folders is not smart.
