Soo, It looks to me that you have a corrupted disk. After backing up all the files that you really need, I would recommend a re-install of your windows.

Watch carefully what's corrupted!Code:chkdsk/f c:
It's a flash drive, L:, not the C: drive. Try chkdsk l: /f from a Elevated Command Promt and see what happens.
