Rename and Delete are not allowed
Unable to remove and delete-1.jpg
Unable to remove and delete-2.jpg

I also scan the files with Antivirus

Soo, It looks to me that you have a corrupted disk. After backing up all the files that you really need, I would recommend a re-install of your windows.

Did you run a scandisk Elevated Command Prompt ?

Watch carefully what's corrupted!

It's a flash drive, L:, not the C: drive. Try chkdsk l: /f from a Elevated Command Promt and see what happens.
