It sounds like you will have to go into your BIOS and enable UEFI. If its turned off you will not get a UEFI option in the boot menu.

You need to enable CSM it is probably disabled as your Motherboard supports Windows 8 ... Windows 7 requires the CSM (compatibility support module, e.g. legacy mode) to be enabled in BIOS setup. Specifically, Windows 7 video drivers require the CSM. While it is technically true that Windows 7 itself can support a legacy-free (CSM disabled) UEFI installation, not all OEM component drivers were updated for legacy-free.
What are the exact choices you have for the CSM setting in BIOS?
On some BIOS' you must Disable CSM to enable UEFI Boot. If you have want to mix MBR and GPT disks where the GPT is booting (as you do) then it would need the setting similar to "Both."
ASRock H81M-GL M?nual (Page 71 of 74)
those three options i got in csm menu
thanks for helping
Anyone can tell me what should i set in CSM to use UEFI boot please
ASRock > H81M-GL
Page 66 = CSM.
Page 68 = Secure Boot, disable for Windows 7.
Page 69 = Load UEFI Defaults.
If you want to install to UEFI then you would choose the choices which clearly say to use these for UEFI.
I asked you what the exact choices are for CSM. Is there a setting for "Both?" You would use this if you want to mix GPT and MBR disks. Otherwise use UEFI only to boot to UEFI and use only GPT disks, or Legacy choices if you want to Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7
What installation medium are you using, DVD or flash stick? If flash stick use Rufus in Option One of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows or you'lll need to manually do the file edit in the other options.
