After Automatic ckhdsk run: "Corrupt" Win 7 installation

I recently started my laptop and it automatically started a chkdsk run. After that I got a BSOD, could not even boot into windows. Then this automatic tool tried to fix it but said it failed. However I could boot and log in after that and thought the issue was resolved.

However I then got after maybe 30 min of usage a windows dialog about not having a genuine windows 7 installation. Under system it correctly said that my copy is activated. As far as I can tell I was able to solve this by reinstalling the product key (with the ABR tool, I had an old back-up available).

Then another problem occurred. I can't install any windows updates anymore. They fail. Also I can't install any drivers anymore. While trouble shooting I tried tp updated drivers and now my wireless is broken as the new driver throws error code 52: Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. This is for the version supplied by lenovo and the newest from intel downloadsite. Does anyone know how I could resolve this? I really want to avoid a fresh install.

EDIT: See also Code 52 on WLAN install

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

    Please try this:

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type sfc /scannow and hit enter.

Report the output from the command window once it finishes.

    1. Click Start
    2. In the search box, type cmd
    3. In the list that appears, right-click on cmd.exe and choose Run as administrator
    4. In the command window that opens, type chkdsk /R and hit enter.

You will be prompted whether you wish to schedule a chkdsk scan at next startup, type 'Y' and hit enter. Now restart your computer and chkdsk will automatically run.

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.

Note: I don't have english windows version.

    Here the result from sfc:

    Überprüfung 100 % abgeschlossen.
Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat beschädigte Dateien gefunden und konnte
einige der Dateien nicht reparieren. Details finden Sie in der Datei
    "CBS.Log" (windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log), z.B. "C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log".
This bascially means corrupted files were found and some could not be repaired.

    chdsk found no errors.

below output of the diagnostics tool again:

This may simply be caused by a bad set of Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers -

Installing the Intel Rapid Storage Drivers
try downloading and installing them from here - https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=2101&DwnldID=22194

    (you want the iata_enu.exe download)

Once complete, please reboot twice, then post another MGADiag report.
    did not help.

    Did the drivers install OK?
Please post a new MGADiag report, and also the CBS.log file (you'll need to copy it to the desktop and compress it before uploading it to your reply)

yes, they installed correctly. No error message and the GUI says status is fine.

Above post already contains log of mgadiag after installing these drivers. See attachment for cbs.log file.

And now I just got the warning again that my install isn't genuine. So that also is not fixed.
