Chrome and tweetdeck icons breaking on the taskbar?

Has anyone else run into this problem, and could someone tell me how to fix it? It happens when you pin them. I'll include a photo.
    Thanks

Hello Glacierfanclub, and welcome to Seven Forums.

How are you pinning them to the taskbar?

As a test, unpin these icons, run the program from the program's exe file, right click on the icon on the taskbar, then pin it to see if the icon stays.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

    Hi shawn,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, it is broken on the start menu as well. I'm very frustrated by this. Is there a way that I can just make the tweetdeck and google chrome icons something generic, so at least I can see them? I don't know what folder the icons are located in on my computer. I think that might work.

    Otherwise I love windows 7 :)

You could change the shortcut's icon to one that you like instead, or any custom 256x256 Vista icon.
