Bold and Colour Filename in Windows Explorer

is it possible to highlight in different colors and bold the filename in windows explorer

Dual Boot: Windows 8.1 & Server 2012r2 VMs: Kali Linux, Backbox, Matriux, Windows 8.1

Just off the top of my head I don't think Windows offers this type of setting but I could be wrong. There are third party File Explorers that do it I believe but you would have to use their explorer.

If you compress a folder, the filename defaults to blue. Not the greatest workaround but its something.
