Persistent page margin formats on screen

Persistent screen problem where rectangle figures representing margins of a page (I think from Word) are displayed on every web page, application, even my desktop. It is persistent through restarts, shutdowns, power cycles, etc. It sometimes changes from a single figure (8x11 Letter) to three figures (representing 4x6, 3x5, 2x2 cards). Sometimes the name of the format appears in the figure. Currently, I have the 3-figure configuration (portrait in solid lines and landscape rotated in dotted lines) across the page. All display intensity outside of the figure is muted – inside is normal intensity. Immediately after sleeping the images are not present for a second, but the rogue process soon finds a processor and there they are again. This problem is PERSISTENT! Please help!

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpwyare - decline the trial versions to just use the scanner.

Then work through the Troubleshooting steps linked in my signature pic below.
