    Hey Lokin4AReason,
This issue you described, please update the information on what happens. Is it during startup? Do you get errors? Does it freeze and not respond? Is it the entire operating system or just certain aspects of the OS? Also, please update your system specs so we can have as much info as possible.

    Thanks,
    Ben

If you have a ram less than 4GB then either install a ram 4GB or more or change to 32 bit OS.

just doesnt respond .... like for instance, if i grab a folder and drag it to the bin, it doesnt move nor does it delete itself

and another, at when im am opening web pages, i try to minimize it to wont accept the command .... until i do the 3 finger salute, just after than it accepts the command ..

Did you reinstall after completely formatting the drive? Maybe you have a Trojan that freezes your desktop after a certain number of commands that you give. You can use your Anti-Virus to check for Trojans. More over if you have a restore point created try using that. But make sure you backup your files which came to your system after that particular date.

Please keep us posted of your progress on the steps I gave you, as there may be others indicated.

Also fill in your specs in the bottom left corner of your post. We need to know your PC make and model, processsor model and RAM amount at minimum. You can find the PC make and model on a sticker on the PC. RAM and CPU will be listed at Control Panel>System.
