Windows loading failure in all areas

I had restarted my computer roughly 3 hours ago due to my graphics tablet not recognizing pressure input.

Upon restarting, the computer came to the "starting windows" screen, but nothing else would happen. No windows logo animation and no loading bar. after about 10 minutes, I decided to restart the computer. Upon restarting, the prompt to do a repair due to windows shutting down improperly showed. I naturally selected 'start normally' with no luck. Again, after 10 minutes or so, I restarted the computer and selected repair. It shows that it loads the files, but then just goes to a completely black screen, no cursor.

Since then what I have done:
    Windows safe mode: no load
Windows safe mode with networking: no load
Windows safe mode with command prompt: no load
    restored BIOS to default settings
    cleared CMOS
Powered down computer and compacitors after clarning: still only showing "starting windows"
Last known Good Configuration (advanced): no load.
Original windows 7 64 bit disk: loads up files, but then goes to black screen.
Self made "system restore" disk: loads up files, but then goes to black screen.

Have tried taking out ram sticks (2 at a time) to see if one went bad: no changes.

I am truly stuck for the first time in my life on what to do to get my computer up and running again. Granted I have only had virus, minor hardware, registry errors, and corrupted windows files (something fixable with /scannow) before. This is really bothering me and I need help.

Thank you for reading and any help would be greatly appreciated,

    Go ahead and disregard.

I just put the harddrive into a friends tower, and it loaded windows normally. Looks like I either have bad ram or a bad motherboard.

Anyone know if best buy tests these for free?

Best buy does do tests, but I would not trust them.
