Blinking icon everywhere...

Hello
So last night i used my laptop just fine. No issues at all it was all good. This morning i turn on my laptop and go online and it doesn't matter where i go i can click anywhere on the page and i get a blinking icon like I'm in CMD where you get that blinking underscore.

But in my case it isn't an underscore blinking. Its the " | " icon blinking (Without asterisks) and it doesn't matter where on the page, If i click at the end of a paragraph or click beside an image or wherever it shows up. It's annoying.

How would i get that removed? The issue is annoying.

at least if you use Firefox. Supposedly F7 or FnF7 toggles it.

Thank you very much, I wasn't able to find the answer online when i tried searching. Must not have used enough terms or something. Might just be im not sure what " | " icon actually means. But thank you sir :)
