How can I completely delete an admin account in windows 7?
So, I was having trouble booting windows then I found out it was a corrupt disk blah blah blah, so I repaired it with chkdsk and it deleted my home folder, so I googled my problem and I was advised to delete my account and create a new one.
Well, I did, I went into the registry and deleted the key for my account but my account was still "there" as in windows still recognised it as an account. so then I thought to use the manage user accounts thing but the only access I had was from safe mode which doesn't let me do this, I even tried creating a new user account from a VBScript I found, which worked. But the account wouldn't log in.
So I'm a bit stuck right now, I have no idea where to go from here(Maybe repair mode and command prompt and NET commands? not very familiar with BATCH I'm used to BASH).
If only windows were as good as *nix.
