I reformated my computer, now I cannot find sticky notes/paint etc

All the default programs that come with windows are gone.

I have to search for mspaint to find paint, and I have to do Windows + R C:\Windows\System32\StikyNot.exe to open sticky notes.. can someone help me out so I can find them through the windows search?

Looks like the contents of folder: C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories

Is it that folder that you see? Tip: just rename a shortcut there, or copy a shortcut. Accessories list changes? Put it back like it was.

Folder C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories has all the stuff you're missing?

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
There's no accessories folder in there

start->programs->right click accessories. Click "display all users" or something like that (I don't have english win7).
It opens C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories now? If so, can you doubleclick the shortcuts there and do they work?

start->programs->right click maintenance. "display all users" works? Icons shown in start->programs->maintenance?
start->programs->right click startup. "display all users" works? Icons shown in start->programs->startup?

That was the answer for your first question, to your second question the only thing in Maintenance is "Help and support"
