I had this problem where Windows Exploer crashed a while back
At first I thought it was related to when I unplugged my Galaxy S4 phone but right now I'm beginning to doubt it. After unplugging the phone, I opened Windows Explorer and it crashed. I can't recall what folders I was browsing to be honest, it happened so fast. Here's the log from the event viewer, any ideas what caused this to happen? So far it happened only one time.
