Windows 7: Bootmgr

windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

My bootmgr is missed.Unable to perform startup repair.Can i know possible causes:

1:I Had installed third party themes.

2:Had added take ownership registration entry.

3:Had installed third party logon screens.

If any causes,please reply.

Frankly, I did not understand the issue completely. Is your bootmgr missing? If yes, check out this tutorial. Also, can you please fill up your system specs.
