can not remove print job

I have (or should I say had) a dell p513w wireless printer. It is uninstalled on the primary machine. But on one of the computers in the network, I cannot uninstall it completely as there seems to be a print job still trying to print. I can not remove this print job. Any ideas on how to get rid of this print job. So that I can finalise the uninstall.
The printer is no longer active. Could that be the problem? If I try to install the printer again I get errors saying it was not possible to create a print object.

Print Add/Remove?
I'd like to periodically print to pdf the contents of Add/Remove so I have a backup record of the applications installed. There is no Print under File or otherwise. A printscreen copy/paste to Paint is an unwelcome kludge. Is there a way to print the contents at one shot to pdf? Mark
