    -updating sound/graphic drivers
    -updated windows
-checked event viewer Screenshot by Lightshot Screenshot by Lightshot

You're looking for repeat Errors or Critical in Event Viewer. It explains quite specifically what to do with them. What is unclear?

If you have any doubts then ask back to perform each step correctly.

Did you run the Hardware tests yet? I would do that first.

Can I stop the memtest anytime? and Do i end it by pressing esc? (I've been told not to mess with bios and have no experience with it)

Yes, but I would run Memtest at least 5-6 passes or overnight to really stress the RAM.

What is your HD brand? Either look on it or google the serial listed in Device Manager under Storage drives.

Download, Install and Run the Hitachi Drive Fitness test from HD Diagnostics.

Then run a full Disk Check
