    Could be also static electricity. Power off, disconnect all electricity including the battery. Then hold down the power button for 30 seconds. Put power back on and see what happens. It's a long shot but it does not cost anything.

    I'm wondering how old is this machine ?
    You seem to still have the box so is it still under warrantee ?
    If so I would ship it back asap,

    Boot into Safe Mode. See if the video works there. (It will be low-resolution, don't let that bother you.) If the display works correctly in Safe Mode, then you probably have a corrupt video driver. In that case, reboot into Safe Mode with Networking, so that you can get onto the internet; download and install the video driver; then reboot into normal mode, and see if the problem is solved.

    Think I have a virus help me Please


    Hello for the past few weeks my computer has been running weird, When I start it up if I don't click something asap my computer will freeze also a box opens and closes really fast and my mouse will also move abit on its own. I have been stupid and just downloaded whatever and I think this might be the reason if someone can help me it would be much appreciated I really think I have been hacked
