    Did you try unoffical updates?

1 months ago we saw unoffical updates for windows 7 . They are about 27 updates.
The person who released them said that
These updatings will be accessible on Windows Update Server after the sale of first copy of Windows 7, from 00:00 GMT 22.10.2009.
But i think they didn't released yet. Is there anybody try it ? Does it makes computer faster?
Because i saw kernel updates on them

Yep. I've been running every one of them very well. That's why I have 7 w/ updates in my specs. That's what I really mean by that.

Faster? Ehh who knows. Don't really think so. Stable and nice though.

First 10 people that want this could have it. It's the x86 updates to make your Windows version 7600.20510

The largest update is for WMP/WMC.

I wouldn't trust unofficial updates as they could mess up your computer badly.

It was already shown that these updates were good by several members.

However, I still have yet to see them through WU

I find it a bit odd that the unofficial updates are messing with the build number. So far none of the official updates seem to do so. I have all of the official updates and build number is still 7600.16385
