Windows restarts randomly without BSOD
Recently my computer has started to either freeze or reboot randomly. In the Event Viewer I can see the following errors:
- The previous system shutdown at 12:40:12 on 19/01/2014 was unexpected.
- Session "Circular Kernel Context Logger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035
- Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error querying for the IVssWriterCallback interface. hr = 0x80070005, Access is denied.
. This is often caused by incorrect security settings in either the writer or requestor process.
Operation:
Gathering Writer Data
Context:
Writer Class Id: {e8132975-6f93-4464-a53e-1050253ae220}
Writer Name: System Writer
Writer Instance ID: {1c62e69c-af41-475b-87e5-b561e67a3c54}
The Volume Shadow error I know how to resolve. I need to reinstall Kaspersky. I don't believe this is causing the reboot or freezing as I have had this error previously without any adverse effects.
Speccy has published the system specs here: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/G...OCrMbUjMY7aJtZ
I've also attached the SF Diagnostic tool zip file.
Any ideas on where the issue may reside?
