You should give 2 GB of ram.

What is your WEI. Windows Experience Index - Update or Refresh Score

You will need to update your WEI score after you have installed Windows 7, and have a minimum of 2.0 in both Graphics & Gaming graphics in order to have the Aero features enabled.

I can't get my WEI because it gives me an error, remember?

It uses 40% of the 1GB RAM, but it's a fresh install with barely anything in it.

I guess you could try a Repair Install or a new install.

This is practically a fresh install. All that's been done was edit a DLL to remove padding and installing XP Luna theme. But ok, I'll try and do a repair install. Hopefully it's as straightforward as with XP.

    Installing Theme's can cause problems.
    W 7 is protected against changing system-files.
To install a theme you must crack this protection.
Some of these themes or cracks are not functioning properly and can cause a lot of trouble, like not being able to change theme's or aero.

I did a fresh install because I wanted to remove all variables period. I'm still not getting that color display window. It's giving me the advanced settings right away again.
