forgot to mention that i lose internet several times each day. isp provider has checked everything on his end and came out and checked everything here at house, everything is normal.
use malwarebytes pro, norton 360 and spybot weekly, sometimes bi-weekly.
plus have several cleaning programs that i run bi-daily.

thanks, used website to restore computer to factory condition, then used carbonite to restore. that's when big problems occurred, each time i lost computer. must have downloaded carbonite 7/8 times, each failed because windows update screwed up big time. finally figured out how to repair computer this am and hope when i start up again, it will work.
    thanks again,
    john
