No Devices and Printer Folder

    No Devices and Printer Folder


    Good day,
    I use win7 64 bit.
    I cannot open the folder devices and printer folder. The folder is empty.
    I can print correctly using MS office or others programs (see attached).
    Any suggestion please?

    That's a new one. I would run the system file checker tool (sfc /scannow) to see if any files are missing or corrupted.

    You might consider a repair install then.
