I'm having the topic error whenever i start my laptop, and i believe i know why, i just have no clue how to fix the damage i've done. I believe i've formatted my computers internal hard drive to a partition that the computer doesnt recognize. I was trying to format an ide hard drive to a format i can use for my ps2, but instead of disk 1 (the ide) i choose disk 0, the laptops hard drive, and now i get the error.

Disk 0 is your system drive and usually contains the boot files needed to start Windows. In this case, it sounds like you've wiped the drive by formatting it and all of the data on the drive is lost. I think you're looking at a re-install.

Alright, I kinda figured I'd have to do a re-install, I'm downloading a copy of windows 7 since I don't have an actual disk. Thank you for the confirmation.
