Computer keeps opening up different windows and programs by its self!?

Maaann my computer has been acting up ever since I uninstalled Google Chrome I took it to a computer repair shop they told me it has a virus and the other problem is that it doesn't have a genuine copy of Windows 7 that uninstalling Google Chrome has nothing to do with the issues I'm having but due to being on a very fixed income I can't afford the price they want to fix my computer. I'm not exactly sure on how I could of gotten a virus I have Norton 360 for my antivirus I was told this was one of the best? Can someone please tell me how to fix these issues PLEASE

    Thank You

Lets double-check the genuine status first.

    1. Download and save this tool to your desktop:
    http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012

    2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear

    3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

It appears that the installation has yet to be activated. Do you have a product key to do that? It should be on a sticker stuck to the sleeve that the Windows 7 installation DVD came in.

Yes, you can reinstall Vista if you like, or even purchase an upgrade from Vista to Windows 7.
